Blueberry Lemon Bread

 Ingredients

 1/4 cup butter, softened
 2/3 cup sugar
 1 egg
 1/3 cup milk
 1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
 1 and 2/3 cup flour
 1/2 tsp. sal
 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 2 cups fresh blueberries
 Juice of 1 lemon
 1 Tbsp. lemon zest

 Method

Cream together butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Allow cooling for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
